Food.- (second part)

There are so many types of meals with so many different flavors, for every taste, for example...

"Cake with chocolate, meringue and strawberries"
Ingredients:
*Basis
Chocolate 150 g
Lard 150 g
Yolks 6
Flour 130G
Clear 6
Sugar 70 g

*Fill 1
Little meringue 50 g
Half bitter Chocolate 100 g

* Fill 2
White chocolate 200 g
Cream of milk 200 cc

*Several
Figures of chocolate
Strawberries


Procedure:
*Basis
Melt the chocolate with butter to “maría bath”. Add egg yolks, and in the form interposed, incorporating the clear raids with sugar and flour. Send this paste in 2 hoops 22 cm and cook for 25 minutes at 180°C.

*Fill 1
Slice the little meringues. Melt the chocolate.

*Fill 2
Heat the cream of milk. Pour on the chopped chocolate. Mix and bring to the cold 1 hour. Beat the cream.


*Armed
Put a disk of dough in a round source. Place above 1/3 part of the cream of white chocolate, distribute the little meringues and pour threads of chocolate melted. Place the other disk of mass. Place the rest of the cream of chocolate. Cover the cake with figures of chocolate, fresh strawberries and mint leaves.


Another taste very different from the cake is the pasta.



This food is prepared with basically a mass of wheat flour and water, which you can add salt, egg or other ingredients to give you a flavor in particular; cooking also is simple, are baked in boiling water. We can virtually mix them with everything, with chicken, fish, meat, vegetables, sauces, creams. Mainly the nutritious contributions that deliver us are carbohydrates, but are not essential, because our body can get all its energy of proteins and fats. After receiving specific characteristics and basic pasta, we can look from another point of view, much more abstract. 



















































As I said earlier, the day by day we live, generally, is at full speed; and this is also reflected at the eating time. The pasta and its preparation have evolved over the passing of time, for example, today we have pasta that are lists -magically- in three minutes and which are a delight.
