We can decorate our table with many flavors that maybe do us remember earlier days, moments of many emotions, enviable sensations; flavors that nurture – not only our body-the force to construct our life, with more impetus each day.
This is an issue that excite me too much and that opens the appetite of my ideas. Based on the elemental definition of food, we can say that is our livelihood of where we take the needed nutrients our body to have a good working. For me, this is only the tip of the iceberg if we talk about food. Imagine the world without food... What would be of us? What would be of me?
Sometimes we waste some meals because we don't like, and in other parts there are children dying of hunger. We are individualists as the society (we are part of her); the consumerism make us buy at each time, wasting what we don't want; the same happens with food, we eat many times with no reason, we buy, buy and we fill our mouths without realizing what we are savoring. The food, like everything, has its weaknesses, for example eating excessively can cause us serious illness, there are also foods that contain many fats and should eat in lower amounts, and other meals can increase an illness, among others.
I consider one fascinating point that the food has, almost magical; this is how the certain foods can alter our moods. Is known that is for nutrients, hormones, neurotransmitters and processes that are experienced by the body, but with these responses scientific, I am not pleased.
Beyond the moods that produce food, I am touched the subject of the sensations that we have eating something particular and the emotions that we can relate to certain foods, given the time and/or the person. Surely all of this has a logical and tested explanation, but I prefer to stay with my own theories about the subject.
